Firas A. Ibrahim- Managing Partner:

Having joined the company in 2000, Firas has been the Managing Partner since 2005. Firas’s main scope of work at FINEST is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Qualifications:

Firas obtained his bachelor in Business Management from the Lebanese American University of Beirut. He then obtained a Master in Business Management from Webster University – LONDON, UK.

Fayssal A. Ibrahim- Procurement Manager:

Fayssal A. Ibrahim, is FINEST’S Procurement Manager. He has been the Procurement Manager since 2008 after having joined FINEST in 2006. Fayssal is responsible for hiring and managing the contracts of all subcontractors and vendors involved in the projects. His main duty is to procure, expedite and schedule deliveries of materials and services to jobsite.

Qualifications:

Fayssal obtained his bachelor in Business Management from the Lebanese American University of Beirut.

Khaldoun E. Gerges- Construction Manager:

Khaldoun joined FINEST in 2009 as a Construction Manager, bringing to the company his extensive prior experience as a Site Engineer and Projects Manager with leading construction and contracting companies.

His primary role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Khaldoun also defines the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Qualification:

Khaldoun has a B.S.C. in Civil Engineering from the Beirut Arab University.

 

D- Ghazi Abou Kamel- Administration Manager:

Ghazi joined FINEST in 2002 as an administration manager with over 30 years of experience in different fields of construction and contracting with leading construction and contracting companies. Ghazi’s main responsibility is to survey the administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment and developing personal growth opportunities.

 

Qualification:

Ghazi has a bachelor in Commerce (Accounting)

E- Bahaa Othman- Project Manager:

Bahaa joined FINEST in 2010 as a Project Manager after working for almost a decade with leading construction companies in Dubai. Bahaa’s main duties include managing the finishing works and planning the works of all sub-contractors, preparing the work schedules and coordinating with all the involved parties to execute the project activities on the site.

Qualification:

Bahaa has a diploma in civil Engineering from Damascus University.
